Sparked by FinerRings is a unique, in-person experience for true jewellery lovers. Our Sparked chains are custom fit and sparked seamlessly to your wrist. Choose from a range of exclusive chain styles in 14 karat yellow gold filled or sterling silver. 

Appointments:
We release our appointments in very limited quantities. If you cannot see any available dates to book on the calendar, this is because the appointments are all booked out. Please sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be notified when appointments drop.

If you wish to come with a friend and both have a bracelet sparked this is ok! We have a two people maximum per booking. Please select 'one person' if you are getting one Sparked bracelet, or 'two people' if you are coming with a friend to both get Sparked). Please book back-to-back time slots if you wish to come with any more than 2 people.

Payment
1) $49.99 is paid to secure your booking.
2) On the day of your appointment the remainder of your payment is taken. This will range from $40.00 - $70.00 AUD depending on the chain you select.
 
Chains
It is not possible to select a chain when booking your appointment. All chains are subject to availability and may change from the time of your booking to your appointment. Please browse our chains here prior to your appointment to see what you can choose from on the day.
 
Location
All Sparked appointments are conducted at our Balaclava location: Shop 255 Carlisle St, Balaclava Vic 3183.
 
Need a Sparked repair?
All Sparked bracelets are deemed a custom item once cut, there are no refunds or exchanges, sales are final. If you wish to have your bracelet adjusted or repaired in the future please book in for a re-sparked appointment for $15.00.
 
Cancellations:
Our appointments are very limited, which makes it extremely hard for us to accommodate for last minute cancellations. We understand that things come up, so If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide three days’ notice for a full refund. Booking deposit is non-refundable outside of this 3-day period.
 
Please note:
We can only spark our own 14K gold filled and sterling silver pieces. We are unable to weld any of your existing jewellery even if it is from us, it can only be a Sparked chain.
 
Please keep in mind our Sparked bracelet chains are delicate in nature.

Shipping Information

As we hand make and package your orders from our Melbourne studio, we ask for up to 7 business days to complete your pieces.  

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Make sure to check your junk inbox if you cannot find it.

We make our orders in chronological order. If you pay for express shipping, that is for Australia Post’s express service. In normal circumstances, orders with express shipping will be 1-3 business days from when Australia Post collects your order from us! Regular Parcel Post is 3-10 business days.

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible! For this reason, if we cannot complete your entire order due to stock shortages or any other unforeseen circumstance, we often will ship out the pieces we can complete and then send a second parcel with the remainder of your order as soon as we can!

Returns & Refunds

TERMS

Our warranty is 3 months from purchase date.

We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or broken. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items that have been customised.

We are happy to offer you an exchange on an item for another item that you would prefer! (This does not include earrings or customised pieces). We can offer this within 14 days of receiving your order or from the purchase date in store.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on earrings regardless of if they have been worn or not.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for our items that are purchased through any of our stockists. We suggest reaching out to the place of purchase to organise any repairs you may need.  

 

HOW TO

Please email info@finerrings.com to request a returns/exchanges form or with any questions, we are here to help! 

 

TURNAROUND

The returns, refunds and exchanges process can take anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks and will vary case to case.

 

REPAIRS

We are more than happy to repair any of our pieces bought from our store or online store! If it is within warranty, we can replace the piece that has broken. If it is outside of the warranty, we can still repair it however there may be some costs incurred and replacements will not be offered.

Care Instructions

Like all jewellery, over time our pieces may get dirty, especially those worn every day, but luckily, they can be cleaned easily! Our 14k Gold Filled and 925 Sterling Silver pieces can be cleaned with a polishing cloth as frequently as you desire!

Our Gold Vermeil and Stainless Steel pieces however cannot be cleaned with a polishing cloth. You can put these pieces in a bowl of water with gentle liquid detergent and wipe it with a lint-free cloth. These materials last the longest when they do not come into contact with water.
