SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping over $100 which is registered post & free express postage over $200. Our shipping fees are flat rates based on what Auspost charge per shipment for us. Local pickup is an option from our store, please allow handmaking times as it still isn’t an instant process. 
Flat rates also apply for INTERNATIONAL shipping worldwide. There is no standard international delivery times, we do ask for at least 14 business days.

  • ​YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE AND COMPENSATION FOR ANY OTHER REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE.
  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR EARRINGS FOR SANITARY REASONS
  • REFUND OF FAULTY ITEMS ARE ONLY APPROVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, RESTOCKING FEE OF $9.99 MAY APPLY
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE REFUNDS FROM "CHANGE OF MIND."
  • YOU ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO HAVE THE GOODS REPAIRED IF THE GOODS FAIL TO BE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND FAILURE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A MAJOR FAILURE.
  • REPLACEMENT/REFUND DOES NOT APPLY TO STAMPED, INITIAL PIECES, CUSTOM RING SIZES OR CUSTOM ORDERS
  • REPLACEMENT OF GOODS IS COVERED WITHIN 1 MONTH OF PURCHASE. REPAIR IS ANYTHING OUTSIDE THAT TIMEFRAME

RETURNS:

  • YOU HAVE 28 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS (SOME EXCLUSION APPLY) FOR AN EXCHANGE AS LONG AS IT IS RETURNED IN A SALEABLE CONDITION. THE REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED USING YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
  • BY SALEABLE CONDITION WE MEAN THAT THE ITEM HASN’T BEEN USED OR WORN, IS STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALL PACKAGING ARE INCLUDED.
  • WE PROVIDE A ONCE OFF FREE RING SIZE CHANGE FOR MOST RINGS, THIS EXCLUDES PERSONALISED RINGS. IF A SECOND SIZE CHANGE IS REQUIRED THIS IS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE. 
  • EXCLUDED ITEMS INCLUDE STAMPED JEWELLERY, EARRINGS, GIFT CARDS & SALE ITEMS
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF JEWELLERY HAS BEEN PURCHASED IN THE INCORRECT FINISH/MATERIALS. EACH PIECE IS UNIQUELY HANDMADE AND WE DO NOT RESTOCK JEWELLERY.
