We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or broken. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’.

We are happy to offer you an exchange on an item for another item that you would prefer! (This doesnot include earrings or customised pieces). We can offer this within 14 days of receiving your order or from the purchase date in store.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on earrings regardless of if they have been worn or not.

The returns, refunds and exchanges process can take anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks and will vary case to case.
We are more than happy to repair any of our pieces bought from our store or online store! If it is within warranty, we can replace the piece that has broken. If it is outside of the warranty, we can still repair it however there may be some costs incurred and replacements will not be offered.

Like all jewellery, over time our pieces may get dirty, especially those worn every day, but luckily, they can be cleaned easily! Our 14k Gold Filled and 925 Sterling Silver pieces can be cleaned with a polishing cloth as frequently as you desire!
Our Gold Vermeil and Stainless Steel pieces however cannot be cleaned with a polishing cloth. You can put these pieces in a bowl of water with gentle liquid detergent and wipe it with a lint-free cloth. These materials last the longest when they do not come into contact with water.
On the small side, more for teenagers and kids in size
I received it as a gift 2 months ago and only few weeks after normal usage, the heart charm came off. I also noticed the thread has stretched considerably making the pearls move around. Sadly, I’m a bit disappointed with this product
I love delicate jewellery so this was perfect with its gold heart .
I wore it for three weeks then the threading broke .
I was devastated and emailed twice about returning it to be fixed .
