Step One

Book an appointment at one of our Sparked locations in Victoria! A booking fee is taken to secure this appointment date and time and cover a service fee.

 

Step Two

Select your chain and charm on the day! These are priced separately and are additional to your appointment fee previously paid. You can preview the chains and charms prior to your appointment below.

We have recently launched our new initiative Sparked on Tour, where we travel to you for your next PR event, wedding, birthday's or christmas party to offer our Sparked Permananet Bracelets as a memento for your guests to take home.

Please read through our Sparked Terms and Conditions before booking an appointment. They are important and you will have to sign them prior to being Sparked. Please note chains and charms are an additional payment to your appointment booking fee.

FAQ

How much does a Sparked appointment cost?

A $50 service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The cost of your chain (starting from $50) and any additional charms ($30 each) is paid separately on the day of your visit.

Can I use AfterPay, discount codes, or gift cards?

Unfortunately, AfterPay, discount codes, and gift cards cannot be used for Sparked by FinerRings services.

 

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

All service fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellations, change of mind, no-shows, or late arrivals over 15 minutes. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Please email customerservice@finerrings.com or contact the store to arrange a reschedule.

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened.

If you’re over 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the service fee will be forfeited.

No-shows will also result in the service fee being forfeited.

What if my chain breaks?

If it breaks within 28 days, we'll re-spark it free of charge. Just bring your original chain and email customerservice@finerrings.com or visit one of our boutiques to book a follow-up.

If it breaks after 28 days, you can book a re-spark appointment on our website for $15, as long as you still have the original chain.
Please note: we cannot replace lost chains after the warranty period.

Do I need to sign anything?

Yes, all customers are required to sign a consent form before any Sparked service can begin.

Are there any age requirements?

Yes.

All clients must be 18 or older, or

If under 18, they must have a completed consent form.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will sign the consent form and remain present during the appointment.
